CCO no longer does the webinar chat on twitter. You can chat with others on FB during the live event. It will still be hard to do everything at once -- listening, taking notes, and reading and responding to chat on FB. I think the most important thing is to listen and learn. If you have a question, write it in a comment on FB, or in the Questions area on gotowebinar.
The Facebook event can be accessed as follows.
Go to the Facebook CCO page: https://www.facebook.com/cco.us/
Towards the top of the page click on EVENTS
Look for this month's Q&A Webinar -- the events are listed by date. So for May 2016 webinar you will find it under May 19. CLICK on it.
This brings up a page for this event. Right at the top, click on: +GOING
I think you will get a notification when it starts but if not, go to the cco.us FB page, again, and it will be pinned to the top of the page, according to Boyd. You may also be able to find it in your FB newsfeed during the event.
You can also sign up for the regular gotowebinar link on the cco.us website. Here is the link:
https://www.cco.us/free-medical-coding-webinar/
The video quality may be better there, but most of us think the FB video quality is fine.
To get the CEUs be sure to note the secret link that is given during the webinar. You need to go to the internet, using that link to get your CEUs. You cannot access it directly from Facebook.
You can't see all the chat questions that everyone asks on gotowebinar, just the ones that are answered. On FB you will see the comments that are made on the live webinar FB event page, and you won't see the ones answered on gotowebinar. It just depends what works best for you which you should use. Personally, I flip back and forth between the two, but I work here...
so that's my excuse!
